How to choose a plan and manage billing

  1. Go to Settings → Plan.
  2. Review the plan cards: Free, Starter, Creator, Pro, Max, and Enterprise.
  3. Each card lists its monthly credit allotment and the features it unlocks. For exact credit costs per operation and what each plan includes, see Plans and credit costs.

If you’re not sure how credits work in general, read How credits work first.

Free plan videos are capped at 3 minutes, and you don’t need a card to start on Free.

  1. Go to Settings → Plan.
  2. Choose the plan you want and confirm.
  3. If you upgrade, the new plan’s features and credit allotment unlock your account. For exact proration and timing details, check Settings → Plan or Plans and credit costs.
  4. If you downgrade, features gated to your old plan (for example the Image tool, the PDF tool, or AI voice preview) become unavailable once the downgrade takes effect.

If you’re moving from a personal workspace to a team setup, see Set up your organization instead — organization billing is managed by the Owner or an Admin, not by individual members.

  1. Go to Settings → Plan, or open the credits indicator in the main navigation.
  2. Your balance shows the combined total available to spend.
  3. If you want a breakdown of what each operation costs, see Plans and credit costs.

If you’re on an organization workspace, the credit balance shown is the shared pool for the whole organization, not a personal balance. See Personal accounts vs organizations.

Cancel from Settings → Plan, in your subscription details.

You can cancel anytime — there’s no lock-in period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you’re covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. After cancelling, your subscription shows as Will be cancelled at the end of the period: your plan stays active until that date, then your account reverts to Free.
