Organization roles and permissions
An organization is a shared workspace with a shared credit pool, shared projects, and a shared glossary. Every member of an organization holds one of three roles: Owner, Admin, or Member.
For background on organizations vs personal accounts, see Personal accounts vs organizations. For setup steps, see Set up your organization and Invite and manage team members.

Members are not second-class users: they have full project CRUD inside the organization. What the role withholds is organization administration — billing, membership, and the actions that publish or destroy shared work.
Creating vs. using an organization
Section titled “Creating vs. using an organization”Anyone can create an organization, regardless of their personal account’s plan. The organization itself, however, needs its own plan — separate from any member’s personal plan — before it can be used. Organization plans start at Creator; Free and Starter aren’t offered as organization plans.
