Create Your Account
In this tutorial, we’ll create a Content Studio account and get you to your dashboard, ready to start your first project.
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”- A web browser
- An email address, or an existing Google or GitHub account
1. Open the sign-up page
Section titled “1. Open the sign-up page”Open Content Studio in your browser and click Sign up.
Prefer Google or GitHub? Click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub instead — you’ll skip email verification and land straight on your dashboard.
2. Sign up with email
Section titled “2. Sign up with email”- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Re-enter your password in Confirm password.
- Check the box to agree to the terms.
- Click Sign up.
Content Studio sends a verification email to the address you entered.
- Open your inbox, find the verification email, and click the link inside it.
You’ll land back in Content Studio, verified and signed in.
3. Look at your dashboard
Section titled “3. Look at your dashboard”Once you’re signed in, Content Studio takes you straight to your dashboard.
You’ll see an empty project list, and in the sidebar a separate starting point for each kind of work: New Video Project, New PDF Project, and Image alt text. The same three buttons sit at the top of the My Projects page. You choose the file type before the form, not inside it.
PDF and image work carry a Beta badge, and show a lock icon when your plan doesn’t include them yet.
You now have a logged-in Content Studio account. That’s the whole goal of this tutorial.
What’s next
